The Millie Wilcox Gallery in the Historic Ritz Theatre hosts 8-10 exhibitions per year. New in 2024-2025 is the “Gallery Showcase.” In partnership with SoGlo Gallery and the Brunswick Library Gallery, our official exhibit openings will take place on the first Tuesday of each month beginning in October 2024 from 5 pm to 7 pm.
The Wilcox Gallery is open Tuesdays-Fridays 9 am to 5 pm, during events and by appointment.
ANNUAL ART TEACHERS’ ART EXHIBIT August 2 - September 27, 2024
Welcome back to school with artwork created by the individuals who are teaching our students! Creative and imaginative, these visual art teachers inspire with their distinctive visions.
ART OF BRUNSWICK October 1 - November 22, 2024
Celebrate the past, present and future of Brunswick through historic photographs and documents and artwork created by local artists. Gallery Showcase on October 1st will also run the video made for the Brunswick Sesquicentennial in 2006 that features more historic images and film footage.

PTA REFLECTIONS: ACCEPTING IMPERFECTION March 4-28, 2025
A national program of the PTA that encourages students to create works of art in every form- literature, dance, film, photography, musical composition, or visual art –around the theme Accepting Imperfection. The exhibit features the winning works of Glynn County students awarded at the local and the state level.
RECYCLED ART EXHIBIT APRIL 1-25, 2025
Students and local artists turn trash into treasure – be it imaginative works of art or creating functional items from a variety of recycled materials including paper, plastic, fabric, wood and more. In collaboration with Keep Brunswick-Golden Isles Beautiful.
GEORGIA COASTAL ARTISTS MAY 5-23, 2025
Founded in 1983, Georgia Coastal Artists Guild is comprised of over 35 local and regional artists including fine oil, watercolor and acrylic painters, and print makers who display a myriad of work in motifs from traditional to contemporary. Artists in the Guild are recognized for achievement on local, regional and national levels.
GEORGIA ARTISTS WITH DISABILITIES TOURING EXIBIT JUNE 3-27, 2025
Sponsored by the Pilots Club of Metro Atlanta and the Brunswick Pilot Club, this annual touring exhibit features the work of artists from all over the state in a variety of media, including painting, photography, clay pottery, mosaic, textiles, and other fine art media.
