Education

Our educational programs are designed to cater to a diverse audience, from the young to the young at heart.

We believe in the power of art and education to unite and uplift. Our outreach programs bring the arts to schools, and community events, fostering creativity and cultural appreciation among all residents.

Arts In Education

Since 1997 Golden Isles Arts & Humanities has sponsored and coordinated in-school arts programs in all 10 elementary schools and all 4 middle schools in the Glynn County School System. Annually we reach an average of 9000 students in the area through booking professional performing, literary and visual artists for performances, workshops, and residencies at no cost to the school.

Teachers and schools are encouraged to submit a request early in the school year as these programs are offered on a first come, first serve basis. All programs must connect to specific community projects (like The Big Read) or specific curriculum.
