Balsam Range
Balsam Range is a top-tier bluegrass band known for soulful harmonies and Appalachian roots. The quintet—Tim Surrett, Caleb Smith, Marc Pruett, Alan Bibey, and guest Don Rigsby—has won multiple IBMA awards, including Entertainer of the Year (2014, 2018). With 14 albums, including hits like Aeonic, they shine at festivals and the Grand Ole Opry.

Golden Isles Film Festival
The Golden Isles Film Festival (GIFF) is a celebration of independent filmmaking, devoted to championing original voices and fostering meaningful connections between creators and audiences. Nestled along the scenic Georgia coast, GIFF takes place in the beautiful Golden Isles, the #1 Best U.S. Islands, per Travel + Leisure's 2024 World's Best Awards, serving as a destination film festival and platform for filmmakers to share their work, engage in dialogue, and receive direct support from a community passionate about the art of storytelling.
With a focus on diverse, impactful categories such as Adopted Voices, Women-Made, and International films, our festival offers opportunities for both emerging and established artists to shine. Supported by the Golden Isles Film Society, GIFF invites you to experience the heart of independent cinema from October 16–18, 2025, in Historic Downtown Brunswick, Georgia.

Dar He: The Story of Emmett Till

In Here: Emerging Voices presented by Jacksonville Dance Theatre
Jacksonville Dance Theatre’s Season 14 is a celebration of bold experimentation, artistic collaboration, and homegrown innovation. This March at the Ritz, Jacksonville Dance Theatre presents a special performance showcasing brand-new works choreographed by JDT company members, commissioned and developed under the artistic mentorship of Artistic Director, Rebecca R. Levy. This exciting show celebrates the creative voices within our company, offering audiences a first look at original, thought-provoking dance works crafted by the artists who know JDT from the inside out.

Brunswick Art Loop: Georgia Coastal Arts Guild
The “Brunswick Art Loop” returns to celebrate the opening of the 2026 Georgia Coastal Artist Guild Exhibit.
Founded in 1983, the Georgia Coastal Artists Guild is comprised of over 35 local and regional artists including fine oil, watercolor and acrylic painters, and print makers who display a myriad of work in motifs from traditional to contemporary. Artists in the Guild are recognized for achievement on local, regional and national levels.

Brunswick Art Loop: Georgia Artists with Disabilities Exhibit
Sponsored by the Pilots Club of Metro Atlanta and the Brunswick Pilot Club, this annual touring exhibit features the work of artists from all over the state in a variety of media, including painting, photography, clay pottery, mosaic, textiles, and other fine art media.

Golden Isles Penguin Project Presents: Disney's Frozen JR
The Golden Isles Penguin Project celebrates its 10th anniversary with the magic and love of Disney’s Frozen JR. When Queen Elsa accidentally sets off an eternal winter in the town of Arendelle, her younger sister Anna (along with her friends Kristoff, Olaf, and Sven) goes off on a thrilling adventure to find her sister and save the kingdom. Frozen JR reveals how true love can come in many forms, and that the bond between sisters is something truly special.

Author Visit with Joshua Sharpe
Come for the Loop and stay for the Talk! Following the monthly Brunswick Art Loop Joshua Sharpe, author of the recently published, The Man No One Believed, will speak and sign copies of his new book at the Historic Ritz Theatre at 7:15 pm.
The Man No One Believed is the riveting story of a 1985 double murder, a long-overdue investigation, and the fight to exonerate an innocent man. Driven by Sharpe’s tireless reporting, The Man No One Believed tells the unbelievable story of one of the most confounding cases in Georgia history, the extraordinary fight to free an innocent man, and how state officials worked against the odds to deliver justice for the Swains after all.
Joshua will be interviewed on the Ritz stage by Margaret Coker, editor-in-chief of The Current GA and an award-winning journalist. The talk will be followed by a book signing in the lobby facilitated by the great folks at GJ Ford Bookshop. The event is also sponsored by The St Simons Literary Guild and Golden Isles Arts & Humanities and is free and open to the public.
